Ever wanted to try a Tri? This course is beneficial for beginners as well as veteran sprint triathletes. We will focus on form and technique of your freestyle swimming, indoor cycling and running, while working to increase your endurance in each of these three disciplines. The instructor will assist each student in creating a training plan so that you can compete in a sprint triathlon by the end of the semester.
Course pre-requisite: A continuous 300 yard swim.
